smell your flowers

Floral installation created for the artist Marcus Branch and his solo exhibition, “Smell Your Flowers” displayed at Mission In Arts Gallery from November 4th - December 16th, 2023.

“Smell Your Flowers” featured a collection of portraits uplifting, honoring and celebrating Black and Brown members of the Trans community who are alive today, and those we have lost.

The floral installation was made from all locally grown and foraged fresh and dried plant material, and left to decompose gracefully over the duration of the exhibit.
